@rancid-schnitzel I think it was all just part of NZ rugby badly losing its way around the turn of the century.
We were about to lose the World Cup hosting rights and the whole tenor of NZ Rugby had changed towards corporatization.

Although the English rugby team is full of c*nts, I am a British citizen through my very English mother, so in theory they are my second team as much as it pains me to say it.
