I thought fury was the best chance of the current bunch to box with him but still was way off the mark . And I’ve probably changed that to kabayal now if he got an opportunity.
I’m of the opinion the only chance to beat him ( from the current lot ) is to stop him , in other words, throw caution to the wind a bit , yes it’s dangerous but you aren’t winning on points anyway if you don’t .
Moses itaumu is potentially the guy most capable but is still too young and by the time he reaches his peak , usyk will be finished.
Yeah no one is going to outbox Usyk. As you say, Fury was the best chance and he didn't manage it twice.
KO is the only option, slightly easier said than done though.
VERY hard to see Usyk any less than 100% focussed so the chances are slim to none. He's kind of this generations Lennox Lewis in that he's not super exciting but he's the absolute best by a long shot.
If there is any glimmer of hope for the younger fighters, at 38 he is not going to get better, and while he has shown no sign of decline , he is human , and sometimes fighters age almost overnight.

Yep great call. Any number of ATGs have had a loss or two or more in the twilight of their careers.
Not knowing him from a bar of soap one assumes he is savvy enough to avoid this scenario unlike so many in the past.

Usyk is human? The guy who speeds up the more the fight wears on?

Yes Parker has a low % chance of beating Usyk but I feel he has a better chance than DD.
The best chance of Usyk losing if he takes his eye off the ball ala Lennoxs 2 loses but Usyk doesn't seem wired that wayI respectfully disagree. Parker doesn't have elite power, and would get busted up stalking him round the ring. He'd lose in a 12 round shut out, would go as far as to say that he wouldn't win a round
On Dubois, let's not forget in the first fight that he could easily have been given the victory in round 5 with that body shot/low blow. That was away from home. He's at home this weekend. If he lands that same shot, who knows, maybe he gets given the nod?
Other than that, he got schooled pretty badly, but he does have heavy hands and won't die wondering.

I love my boxing but refuse to pay for that , tried to find a stream but wasn’t having much luck and went to bed
Sounds like a draw would have been a good result .
Oh fuck no, I wasn't paying for it. Plus it was on after lunch.
Only one clear round to SBW, reckon at least 2 were clear Gallen. The build up collating all the previous years/months was funny, although Gallen playing the old man card is a bit weird when he's only 2 years older.

Wrong.
SBW won all of them.

@African-Monkey True Parker does not have elite power of the big HWs but he does have faster hands and can land combos alot of those bigger punchers cannot. He is now stronger and fitter than ever before and can adapt on the run much better than the likes of DD.
Does this mean I think JP v Usyk is 50/50 hell no but of the current HWs I see JP and Kabayel the ones who could ask questions of Usyk.
Dubois may have a punchers chance but thats it - and his best chance is to aim for his meat and vege again.
Usyk schools him more comprehensibly this time. -
WBO have ordered usyk defend his title to parker , they have 30 days to respond .
If he vacates , it’s looking like Joe might fight Moses Itauma for the vacant title , the two highest ranked wbo fighters . The kid destined for greatness , maybe it’s a good time to get him while he is only 20 but on Parker’s behalf , I don’t like that matchup.
