                  Think the Ref got it right but in other games that would have been a RC or YC.

                  Real uncertainty around the tackle area and that's really the issue which needs to be sorted

                                    @booboo but he was also swinging the arms and make contact with the head. Based the protocol, the head clash is the mitigation. Still yellow
