    @Bones

There is probably enough capability here for us to design something that trawls the ESPN stats page post game then accumulates them for each player over time?

Jordie Barrett showed his range of skills. He must be a probability for the AB squad when it is eventually named.

Yeah, if he carries on like this he's a shoe in.

McKenzie on the other hand is at a real risk of missing out if he continues with his current vein of form.

With Havili, Jordan and Barrett I really can't see the need eh.

Reece is a fine player but he hasn't cemented his position in black. If the 2 Blues wings are outplay their counterparts head to head then they deserve a shot.

In a normal year, I'd have expected Foster to be allowed to take a big squad to Europe as part of rejuvenation plans - but, this year, with funds tight and only a handful of tests, I think it will be pretty small - maximum of 31?

If they're all in NZ, it will be cheap to get more in. Big squad, enough to play 15v15 with reserves. Get newbies into the environment etc.

Not without changes and agreements with the RPA. Selection to an AB squad sets up your employment status differently.
They will do something like “training camp extras” probably

With the current state of halfbacks he doesn't even need to play there almost! Just mention he's thought about it. Boom, in the squad.

I'm deeply concerned you haven't gone for best winger in the country as voted by the players Mr Bridge on the wing. Has the Covid got you?

                                    If Barrett at 10, I’d go 15-Jordan, 14-Reece, 11-Ioane

                                    If Barrett at 15, I’d go 10-Mo’unga, 11-Ioane, 14-Reece or Jordan

                                    Midfield is ALB/Goodhue or Luamape/Goodhue

It might be a year early for Clarke with the limited test opportunities.

I'm deeply concerned you haven't gone for best winger in the country as voted by the players Mr Bridge on the wing. Has the Covid got you?

                                    He’s injured, otherwise...

Bit controversial perhaps, but Goodhue seems to be a lock at 13 in most peoples selections. Parking just for a second the viable alternatives, am I alone in thinking that he is a a touch overrated at the moment?

He generally plays pretty mistake-free solid rugby, and I know that's a great start at 13. But when I hear him spoken about as the next Conrad, I just haven't seen it. He doesn't hit as hard, he doesn't distribute as well, and I'm not sure he has the same support game. He looks solid enough hitting the ball up when nothing is on, but I've never really seen him make clean breaks, or do anything inventive to put someone in space.

Am I totally off the mark and missing his brilliance?

@voodoo the game against the Boks in Wellington (last year or the year before) he was simply immense on defence. Played remarkably, and absolutely dominated some big Saffer backs. Super form isn't a good predictor of International form - different demands, differnet levels.

@nzzp sure, I'm not really talking about his Super form this year, more his body of work in black. Has it really been that impressive? Last RWC for example?
