i have a significant problem with the haka being led by a halfback

It isn't as if there is a flood of quality, uninjured halfbacks running around at the moment.
I think he is fine at the right moment off the bench if well-coached and well-drilled. Oh, Foster, you say?

And he also likes a bit of the rough stuff, playing out of position and not letting the ball go for any reason. Oh and (allegedly) a bit of a red-misted 'mong head' himself.

I think I first heard that one on the ‘12th man’ tapes ( yes it’s that old )

But yeah back on topic, he’s flapped his arms without doing much lately, not unlike Kieran Read in his last couple of years. When an AB reaches that stage it’s time to go.
