I’m pretty sure the backline formation to finish the Irish test in 2013 was the two Azza’s and 9/10, Nonu and Crotty in the midfield, Ben Smith moved to fullback and Bus and Barrett on the wings.

Also started several matches on the wing in the 90s.
Interesting (useless) fact, Marc Ellis played 20 matches between 92 and 95 and Rush played 29 matches between 92 and 96. The pair never started a match together on the wings. There were a couple of games they started together but Ellis was at centre and Rush on the wing.
