For anyone wondering, the halfback I am referring to is Brendon Leonard, who in his 4 tests starts had Evans, McAlister, Donald and Carter at 1st 5. But he also had Donald at 1st 5 when the ABs played the Barbarians. So that's NOT the answer.

Yep. 3 starts, one each with Carter, Cruden and Sopoaga.
Interestingly in each of those three starts the midfield combination and players were different!

TKB only had 3 starts? I mean I can understand Leonard, he got more starts and more bench spots than he should have, but TKB seemed like he was a fixture in the team.

this is the All Blacks, probably half of the ABs capped since then.
