Bring Wagner on pack the leg side and bowl short into the body.
Need to change it up here Patel will do nothing it’s to easy to defend his offies for both batsmen. -

Bracewell is just not a test quality bowler or Batsman.
A bit revealing that we had a guy who is effectively a part-timer bowling when we really needed to mop up the tail.
Needed a brilliant over the shoulder take to dismiss Shakeel - didn't get a hand on it.

@Chris I’m all for changing things and trying different approaches, but to be honest I don’t think Wagner is going to do much on this. There isn’t great bounce or carry.

Don’t need it if you bowl the right line you only have to get it to hip height.
If you have a short leg ,gully short point and a 45 you can’t score and it will only take one to hit a glove or inside edge.
It’s better than bowling Patel to the LH bat where he can work him away or hit through the line of the ball spinning away.
Bad captaincy they have let the game drift away. -

Yep that’s were they lost it were not brave enough they tried to take wkts and save runs.
Needed wkts to win take wkts runs dry up. -

There were chances in this innings too.
Bad review by Southee meant they missed the lbw review against shakeel that would have been successful.
Badly missed the runout on Hamza always a chance to win . We stuffed it up. -

Shakeel was hitting our bowlers around, so why bring in the fielders around the bat, other than for them to get smashed at? The bowling wasn’t good enough plain and simple.

Journeyman at best. Bracewell is simply not international class
