Stupid mother, putting her kid in the public eye for a dumb reason. Fact is, girls are developing younger so the chance of bad decisions or bad situations are unfortunately very possible. And she's not helping her kid if anything to do with her body goes into the 'icky' category. Hate to break it to you love, but it only gets worse from here on in.

    This is not exactly surprising.

Also they just signed up to be part of Kiwibuild, obviously Twyford and co are doing their due diligence.

Something about these people's whinging really pisses me off.

$150k? Bollocks. Would have virtually zero effect. I'd question the "independence" of the value too.

Rich people out to make a buck.

Reading a bit more closely it seems it might cost a bit more to subdivide.

@booboo if not installed properly, they can be noisy

Surely placement of these transformers and other infrastructure have been either known about or in the pipelines for years?

It was in the pipeline , it was supposed to be up a pole originally but the neighbors complained. Apparently the neighbors haven’t actually lived in the house for 14 years. Actually looks like he’s been a bit shafted by the power company.

@jegga be incredibly hard to quantify that loss though, on paper maybe, but until he put house on the market and sold it, he would not know either way.

Workplaces are allowed to demand certain standards of attire aren't they?

If individuals don't like it they're perfectly entitled to conform or fuck right off....

Or as is the case these days go crying to the media about some imagined discrimination.

You're right. I'm sure there is more too it. Either the details don't fit the author's narrative or it's lazy journalism

It's BA. I wouldn't be sure of anything.

Man Bun as a sackable offence seems fine to me tho.

@taniwharugby I thought it was interesting that man bun only lasted 2 weeks.

We've all employed or worked with people that only last 2 weeks. Don't know if the haircut was actually the reason for dismissal

Piri Weepu for passing out drunk in a McDonalds drive thru or the taxi driver facing a conviction for groping Jay Jay whats-her name?

I'm probably out of touch and a "bad person", but I do find drunk McDonalds runs slightly amusing, not that I condone driving whilst intoxicated.

It must be something about the amount of taxi drivers over here of a certain ancestry and sexual assault, but on that basis alone, I believe Feeney.
