The club has spent the national debt of a mid-size nation in the last few weeks, and have brought in what? 5 or 6 guys who would all expect to be first XI? That never goes well.

Sort of weird a manager comes in, takes on the existing squad, wins the title at a canter, and then goes ahead with a revolution like they finished 6th. Be interesting to see what his KPIs are for this season given this level of investment.

Whoever wrote the shoot-out notes for Hampton deserves a raise. I think she went the right way for all five penalties.
