Mrs TR gets the UK Marmite (Our Mate in NZ) and typically the UK Marmite is a more 'viscous' (is that the right word?) consistency than vegemite, probably between treacle/golden syrup and vegemite/marmite?

@taniwharugby i think more "runny" would be "less viscous"...but yeah, i like it because its a bit easier to spread

Cheese and marmite sandwiches is my go to. Cheese slices usually. 40 sec in the Microwave. I have seen people have it with a bit of lettuce.
