I think there may of been a mix up, the rumour was he was going to Newcastle, but turns out it's Tom Christie.

ALB has racked up 86 tests.
He’s still just 30 so will probably comfortably get over the ton despite being distinctly vanilla in the last few years

The civil servant of Rugby players.
I was done with this lad, and Beaudy and Goodhue and Reece after the 2019 RWC.
I cannot believe some of them are still around.

Without Will Jordan and Jordie Barrett we got nothing in the backline.
They are the only two players in there who have both the reputation AND perform to a level commensurate with that reputation consistently.
The rest are journeymen, players on probation (Proctor), players over staying welcomes and/or teacher pet picks.
A high performance unit it is not.
Ireland, England, France, South Africa et al would not be banging down the door to take Reece, Beaudy, Rieko, Finlay Christie, ALB or Proctor off our hands.

Their depth is absolute crap. The players you mentioned above would make the Irish 23.
