I knew it looked like you MN5, how did you make your belly look so small? <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /><br />

Padding bro
raw (unsoaked) oats today with a Mammoth Supply man yoghurt (blackberry flav). Keeps you full for ages! more sugar etc due to the fancy yoghurt but its a change from water soaked oats : )
Franks brothers and BBT were working out today. Watched Ben Franks squatting a fair amount - barely looked difficult for him! BBT was working on clean and jerk - cranked up to around 110 or so, fair few reps too! He is a beast, far more cut that I expected. Just a massive slab of a man. He ended with jumping squats and Nick Gill had hooked up a measurement device to track the speed of the bar - pretty tech!<br />
<br />
Dagg cruised in a bit later on, he has far more of a strut going on than the other ABs I've seen. Had his 'phones on so I didn't get beyond the ol eyebrow raise!
Its tough work being a ladies man paekak, some of us handle it better than others <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /><br />

No thought to maybe pushing Guildford down instead so as to ensure a smoother ride for no way Hosea to secure a spot on the 30 ?
Probably notice it much more then when low on carbs. I dont add sugar on anything. And always black coffee - its goood stuff and didnt take long to get use to it
now that I don't weigh as much as a small pony, the thought of running half marathons does not seem so far fetched or daunting, but I have never really been a runner. Still, Mrs B walked a HM the other month at huntly with no training, and she might be keen once this bodybuilding kick is over and done with, if that happens at all that is - it is fun!
realised I'd totally forgotten about this thread. Now its actually a in-season thread tho.<br />
<br />
Rib has healed ok - had 3 games back but work and life in general has been busy (plus friggin winter!) so running has become sporadic.<br />
<br />
Got out for a 5km run the other week and was pleasantly surprised to get through in 27min or so - 2min or so off my best time but far better than I was expecting. Had tight legs for a couple of days but will get out again on friday and push a bit harder.<br />
<br />
Friends are committing themselves to the NY marathon in 2009 - no way I think I'm ready for the bigun but have been thinking hard about trying 10km and then seeing how far away I might be from a half marathon. <br />
<br />
Jegga - sorry bout the late, late, late reply! I went down to shoe clinic (wellington) and go a pair of mizunos (sp?) they are the lightest pair of running shoes I've ever tried. They are sweet bro and around the low 200 mark. Would def recommend them and I've had all sorts of problems finding good running shoes as I have pretty broad feet.<br />
<br />
will aim to post next run and get back into it
