Yes, because that has always happened in previous years when there has been a break.

That’s a pretty healthy number going back to play NPC.

Victor Matfield made a comment this week about wanting savvyest players on field at end in a tight match.

      I totally agree.

So who are our savvyest players? A few off the top of my head:

Codie, [Scooter], Patty T, Jacobson, [RD], [Christie], [BB], [ALB].

      It’s not a pleasant thought.

      Tangential reply to your post.

Using RD when referring to Ardie needs to be a bannable offence.

Reading that list, I need the definition of savvyest described.

We could start by spelling it properly.

Now I know how Wales must have felt when they went into decline after their golden era of the 1970s. We seem to be getting further and further from the peak as Razor's tenure goes on. At this rate we will likely suffer a QF exit in a couple years time, if indeed we make it out of the group...

Of course fortunes can change in the space of a game. But we are a rabble right now

          So 2007 again…..

George Ford hit the post with a pen from right in front, and subsequently missed a drop goal on the hooter to win the game for England.

England "lost" that game. It was in their hands and we were spectators. We didnt "win" it.

Razor is very lucky the ledger is as "good" as it is.

Even in our wins we go life and death with everyone.

To add to this it was George Ford that missed the tackle on Mark Telea - whilst Telea is a tough assignment it was a very poor defensive effort.

A nightmare last 10 minutes or so for George Ford.

Add in the fact that Telea had been subbed off the field earlier but only came back on due to Beauden getting a HIA I believe.

You take it but it was definitely more of an England loss than an AB win

ANALYSIS: Scott Robertson oversaw his fifth loss since taking charge of the All Blacks on Sunday, as they went down 29-23 against Argentina in Buenos Aires. The defeat came in Robertson’s 19th match since replacing Ian Foster at the helm of New Zealand’s national men’s rugby team at the start of last year.
He has now overseen five losses faster than the last four men to be in the hot seat before him – Foster, Sir Steve Hansen, Sir Graham Henry and John Mitchell.

Beauden Barrett being off the field has resulted in some of our best patches of play over the last couple of years. His YC against the French really gave us a lift.

                          100% we mugged them.

The worst AB coach since Wayne Smith. And who is Razor's advisor? Wayne Smith. All starting to make sense now.

Yes but as James Parsons said if we had kicked all our shots at goal the All Blacks would have won, so all is grand.

It is a fact that so much else being poor means that dogshit display of goal-kicking has hardly been mentioned.

If we'd played even remotely up to our potential goal kicking wouldn't have mattered....

If you make all your shots at goal and don’t receive yellow cards, you relieve pressure elsewhere, making the odd error less damaging and add pressure on the opposition on the scoreboard and with their own discipline. Those things just make the job harder.

The goal kicking wasn't perfect on Saturday, indeed it was poor.

But focusing on that distracts from four more crucial area.

                                        1. Three Yellow Cards, two of which were very avoidable.
                                        2. Our backline only making 72 metres total in attack.
                                        3. Missing 40 tackles.
                                        4. Losing a significant majority of the aerial battles.

Perfect goalkicking would be nice, but there are some more fundamental issues to fix as well.
