Personally I wouldn’t mind a fresh approach with new coaches as I was very frustrated over selections lack of game plan, just not the same player selections.
I have heard Hanson is gone the Razor rumour are not being answered when I have asked now so it maybe true mate. People around the coaches are going quiet.

Maybe paying out other countries to get coaches very expensive.

In other words, the ethos that used to synonymous with the All Blacks. Long overdue, and yes it also needs to be applied to the players performance.

Yeah. A tour of South Africa with the current coaches in charge just feels like something to hide from watching. Whereas it should be all consuming.

It depends if they have meet all the standards required of them in their contracts. There's scenarios where payouts wouldn't be needed

If Robertson is sacked, the pressure on the next coach will be enormous to get better results. If the next coach loses the South Africa tour, loses the Bledisloe, loses the Eden Park streak, then what does NZR do? Don’t just assume Jamie Joseph will be the saviour of the All Blacks. Coaching Japan where you’re not expected to win, versus coaching the All Blacks where you’re expected to win every game is different level of pressure.

Not paying them out maybe very tricky for NZR.The meet all standards would have to be outlined in their contracts in great detail,
not always the case in NZ sporting contracts.
