I've only just discovered Prophets of Rage. Behind the times I know but perfect for anyone wanting their Hutt fix.
Bought tickets to their gig later this year - but not expecting much.
The first two sentences of the album review by AVClub are "This album is not good. In point of fact, it is terrible." -

@infidel Going to see him tomorrow night - reservations about how he will go in such a large venue as the "Millennium Dome" - but still looking forward to it.
Seen him a few times during the Grinderman phase, but don't think I've seen the full Bad Seeds.
And straight after the gig... the All Blacks play... not sure yet if I'll be watching that live, or the next morning. Considering it'll be the 6th gig in 9 nights... too old for this shit, might be watching delayed coverage. -

Best Cave ever with Bad Seeds was in a driving storm middle of day during a Lollapalooza. Proved if ever there were doubters he can play a big venue. Luckily I've seen him a dozen times in smaller venues since '80s. We do miss Blixa though.
