Does anyone think AJ will ever fight Wilder?

Hearn seems to make excuses whenever the topic is raised. For that reason I want Wilder to beat Fury so Joshua can't avoid him if he wants a unification fight.

If the money was massive I do believe they would,

But I think they will try and milk every cent they can out of the sport firstbefore they take that risk,

I think fury is just as risky for a different reason , he may not knock him out , but could box his ears off and humiliate him

If Fury gets past Wilder then he can really put the pressure on AJ via the UK Press. This is the match up that would fill Wembley easily and has a great backstory. AJ hasn't proved himself against the guy that held the titles before him.

it would be a boring, cagey fight though.

@Bovidae Nah, or if they do, they'll wait for him to get old. AJ's team know how chinny he is and they don't want any part of it. Hearn will continue to milk his cash cow and will chuck him in with Pulev and Whyte next year.....yay.

@kiwiinmelb Exactly. I see he tried to pull the usual line of 'Wilder isn't known and he doesn't sell' bullshit again which his silly Matchroom fans/football hooligans will buy as usual, yet is more than happy to bring borderline top 10 fighters like Carlos Takam/past it fighters like Alexander Povetkin over for stadium fights. Clearly, according to Hearn, these fighters mare more known to the public than Deontay Wilder going by his logic.

Loving the "2 months later" interstitial.

Hoping to see something crazy like a Fury knocking Wilder out. Interesting that there is a rematch clause, if the money is right then you can bet on it happening regardless.

Round 12: Tyson Fury's Resurrection Is pretty good if you can view it (30min). It’s from their last fight and includes snippets from Wilder. There seems to be some mutual admiration between the pair of them.

Not really sure what will happen this time. Despite Fury supposedly training for a knockout, I think he may nick it on points (even though it’s in the US) ... either that or Wilder will spark him before the mid rounds.

This isnt rocket science , pretty much everyone is saying Fury on points or a wilder knockout ,

But Fury himself is predicting he will knockout Wilder , has switched trainers, being trained by Sugarhill Steward nephew to the great Emmanuel Steward , Sugarhill himself is saying they have been working on his power and will stop Wilder . So there is a bit of intrigue around all that, whether its foxing or real . He has put on size , that concerns me a bit . logic to me says he needs to be on the move, but that seems to suggest they will fight him on the inside , more intrigue.

While wilder isnt a great boxer , his power is real , very unorthodox in that seemingly winning rounds on points isnt important to them , its all about stalking his opponent down to deliver the finishing blow and while his boxing skills arent great , his ability to cut off space and set traps is under rated, particularly with distance. i think we will see a more composed Wilder this time , both fighters should be better.

Intriguing fight , ive been switching back and forward who I think will win, since it was announced .

Two undefeated heavyweights in their prime.

No doubt Fury will take the majority of the rounds , but will he elude that big right hand ?

Eddie Hearn got bagged for saying it ,

But said a couple of weeks ago , he is switching his tip to wilder , Can’t say exactly what I’ve heard , but heard fury’s camp has not gone So well ,

Now in the days leading up to the fight , rumours have surfaced , fury’s cut from the previous fight has shown some not to good signs , and he hasn’t been able to spar properly, plus aggravated an ankle and hasn’t done any road work

Just about to start...looking at the entrance walk ins you could be forgiven for thinking this was pro wrestling..Fury comical..Wilder..well a little feminine

Yeah glad they through it in it was getting pretty gross, Wilder was already beat, nothing to be gained by having him seriously messed up.
