i think broccolini might be my favourite vegetable

It's easily in the yellow jersey for me. Love it pan-fried, when the leaves char up just a little bit.

Goes well with just about anything.

Boy wants roast pork with crackling. Kicked off now - halfway through the crackling, turning the pork.

it's now in a slow oven to really turn the shoulder into meat butter. Nom nom nom

Roast chicken, tips? I usually loosely follow the below (I lose the spuds and put the chicken on a trivet).

    Foolproof slow roast chicken

    Foolproof slow roast chicken

Slow-roasting is a great way to keep chicken nice and moist. Adding the potatoes to the roasting tin infuses them with plenty of flavour, too

I actually prefer to cook them whole on a beer can stand or similar. It stays so moist and juicy in the bbq

Meathead is the man. I don't use beer. My one is like a stand. But when inused to use a beer can holder I usually put a little water inside. Chicken is so forgiving you have to try hard to mess it up
