Just about to go and pick up 4 ducks to add to our menagerie. We have chooks already and I like eggs, but prefer duck eggs.

So apart from, fried, scrambled, poached, frittata, omelette, what have you guys got?

Real men don't eat quiche (although a mate advised me to call it bacon and egg pie - I could life with that).

Curried egg? What the hell.

My German friend makes a nice egg potato etc salad, maybe Crème fraîche in it too , I'm sure it's got a name, that's rather nice.

Was more about the variety than whether I like them. Love rancheros but that is really just a fried egg with other stuff.

On the other hand I could just eat the ducks...They are actually Peking too.
