@mikey07 Pity he does not have to justify things to all the season ticket holders. You could throw in the loyal purchase your ticket on the day brigade as well. Come to think of it first and foremost should be the financial members of each and every rugby club in Wellington and Horowhenua-Kapiti who between them hold over 50% of the ownership of the outfit.
@higgins how quickly they’d be all down the road if this was the states, I hate throwing the boot into a franchise I’ve supported since I was 9 but somethings definitely rotten with the organisation. Nothing like rewarding failure with a new contract extension.

@mikey07 I have no such problem in venting my frustration at them! By the way it's Axemen v Wainui Pressies this weekend (weather and ground availability permitting) so might run into you up in the Isherwood Lounge after the game!!!!!

@canes4life I was impressed he stayed as long as he did.

Confirmed by Wasps:

Shame, had always hoped for big things when he burst onto the scene.
But just seemed to slowly get worse, then became a liability with giving away penalties.Shame, had always hoped for big things when he burst onto the scene.

Wasps are making a habit of signing ex-All Black duds. Is there a quota at that club or something?
-
@canes4life I think having to change his game and move away from his natural game didn’t help, having to play structured didn’t suit him

But just seemed to slowly get worse, then became a liability with giving away penalties. The coaching staff should shoulder the blame for that. Trying to get him to play a tight game when he was dynamic running the outside channels. He was not even considered good enough to make the bench for the Hurricanes in the end which is saying something when the flagbearer for his position was R. Prinsep.
