I reckon that would be tough on the fielding team if that is the case. If the field umpires were calling the no balls in real time the fielding team wouldn't review when one is called.

Question - if the fielding team reviews and it turns out to be a no ball, do they lose a review?

Apropos to my comment above - if all of Marnus' big lives in this innings were taken his 103 runs in this innings would have come at an average of 25.75 instead of 103.
