Let me present the facts to you again - I know about the situation from a player and some people that work at the rugby union, it was all go and set to be announced, the press releases were already written and photoshoots with Razors family already organized, then retracted the contract offer after SA match. But continue to live in denial if it provides some level of comfort for you.

Let me present the facts to you again - I know about the situation from a player and some people that work at the rugby union, it was all go and set to be announced, the press releases were already written and photoshoots with Razors family already organized, then retracted the contract offer after SA match. All of that also perfectly fits in with the scenario that he was lined up, asked, he agreed he would do it but nothing had been signed off. What none of this tells us is the reason why it wasn't signed off. Was there a proviso that Foster had been one last game to arrest the slide? We don't know. Knowing the photographer, the NZRU staff etc doesn't bring that knowledge.
Newspapers write and update obituaries all the time. Doesn't make the subject dead -

@kiwi_expat this is exactly how it happened. Jason Holland was celebrating getting the gig and posted something on a hurricanes WhatsApp group. Jordie Barrett showed Scott and others. Then the players had a meeting with Mark Robinson etc and the rest is history. Players didn’t want the disruption of a new coach a year from World Cup.
Razor asked to coach Fiji for some international experience and was turned down by nzrfu. He has no idea if he’ll get the abs. The fish heads in nzrfu don’t like him. -
