Teams announced for Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad & Tobago | World Rugby

The Commonwealth Games Federation announced today the six men’s and women’s teams set to compete in the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games on 4-11 August in Trinidad and Tobago.

@Bovidae Maybe the timing is off? I think it coincides with the final rounds of Super 8. Do some other schools comps play at the same time? I might be too much of a disruption.

@Nepia I was thinking of a team of 18 yr olds who had left school and had been identified as potential NZ sevens players. There must be enough of them from the Condors and World Schools Sevens competitions. Some will already be in the NZ sevens programme.

CMRFU representative sevens squads named - Counties Sports Hub

Counties Manukau Rugby has confirmed a wider men’s and women’s squads that will represent the region at tournaments over the next couple of weekends. Those players will contest the Thames Valley Sevens in Whangamata this Saturday before playing at the Counties Manukau Sevens the following weekend...
