@MiketheSnow just felt like they'd crawled up inside their own arse, chaotic and disjointed... and a tad boring but seems to have come right in episode 5.

    Eric done and dusted.

I felt sorry for the kid, I can’t imagine two more unlikable parents if I tried. No wonder he…..

….ran away and ended up living with some homeless folk

Quite a well done series, captured the era ( 1980s New York ) really well. Definitely worth a watch.

One of many which is interesting for first third but plateaus before a lame finale.

    Fair review.

    Mayor of Kingstown

Almost finished the first season and really enjoying it. Do recommend if people are wondering whether it's worth the effort.

    Billions

    Just couldn't get into it.

The seasons of Billions with Axe are great, and I love the music references. S6 seems to have been average but I see Damian Lewis has returned.

Anyone else watched/watching The Bear? What the fuck is up with season 3? Gone from being bizarrely addictive in the first two seasons to fucking what the fuck.

Yeah, disappointing - I binged it on a 10hr flight recently, almost skipped sections of the historical character development. Coming into it I was wondering what direction they could take S3 - was always going to be hard, but I think they could have done much better.

@bayimports I couldn't even do that (whole episode) for the first couple of episodes. Reckon I would've got a headache.

    Late on the Yellowstone bandwagon.

Excellent show. Bloody far fetched but entertaining.

Modern Western, action, drama and great tits.

    Super stuff so far.

Finally got around to watching the latest season of The Boys.

Was again pretty good, with their usual 'who the fuck thinks this shit up' scenes splattered about.

Did not end how I thought it would the way it was panning out, but was a good ending none the less.

Haha, I don't think I got through S1 before getting annoyed and giving up.

(No shade on anyone who likes it though).

Jeepers, looks like I’m in for a wild ride.

Almost through season 2, it’s complete and utter bullshit ( almost to Banshee like levels ) but still entertaining.
