He's also charged with illegally possessing an alligator and petty theft. Bail was set Tuesday at $6,000, and James was ordered to have no contact with animals.<br></p></blockquote> -

<p>3.5 foot alligator isn't going to kill you. good bite if you get too close though. </p>
