lol yeah do you know many ABs fans?

    😉

easier to find than many Wallaby fans..

I don't know about anyone else, but my social media is a completely Wallaby supporter free zone. No one, and that's not an exaggeration, has posted on Facebook about it. It's as if collectively they've decided to ignore it.

@antipodean i'll take another pop at the media, last weeks win against georgia only made it to every second news break on morning TV and normally as one of the last things....this morning...the first thing they mentioned....no wonder interest is falling

side point, its been ages since i really paid attention to League, but i watched the Warriors on the weekend, was a lot of fun and amazing what a crowed can do to liven up the slower periods of the game. The Scrums?....are they not even allowed to push a little bit anymore?.....surely they must be tempted to just charge though sometimes

To me the RWC is highlighting a massive issue with how World Rugby "administers" the elite game.

If you are a 6N/RC team, then the International game is fucking apples. Prime home and away fixturing, as many tests a year as you want. Inside windows, outside windows, doesn't matter.

          Everyone else? Fuck you.

Look at that ridiculous stat that Samoa haven't played Argentina in like 20 years. How many tests have Fiji had in the last few years?
Then you throw in the stories about the T2 sides sleeping in swags and cooking their own meals.

World Rugby love to talk about "growing the game" but what do they do except serve shit teams up for ritual slaughter by their "betters" every four years, while basically ignoring them the rest of the time.

@mariner4life they give them a rougher ride at the judiciary...

Based off other tackles thus far, Deysel should be 3 or 4 weeks with a week off (i dont know his history) but easy player for them to make an example of, more so the resulting (potentially) injury

The hypocrisy is staggering. It used to be that we copped shit every 4 years for not doing enough for Islander sides that were coached by NZers, with players trained in NZ, and who in many cases were either born and/or raised in NZ. But yeah Romania is killing it these days. One of the things that greatly hindered rugby's growth back in the day was the almost fanatical desire of those in charge to not let any of the riff raff be involved. Unfortunately not much appears to have changed.

The moment that WR didn't step in to try stop the Saffa's going north highlights how little they give a fuck about "world" rugby.

this is an example of where both Otago and the Highlanders are when it comes to marketing, social media and fan engagement....ive seen loads of posts like this....what are they trying to achieve? is it really that hard to have "boys want to see you on the sideline saturday night!" with a link to tickets or the like.....just post some random pics without context like your Gran

Just wondering, at test level and teams wasting time , players with 'injuries' etc, would the game be served by having a time limit on injury breaks. If a player needs longer than 30 seconds to be attended to he does it on sideline, and if it amore serious and he can't move or be moved in that time, stop clock and he HAS to be replaced for game. I have heard suggestions of stopping clock , but that could have games going for too long, as well as still allowing teams to piss around to get back breath.

Rugby could learn from football. Anyone who needs treatment has to go to the sideline and can't return until the next stoppage

@taniwharugby He knows rugby about as much as Christy Doran. Perhaps kick Italy out when Ireland can put 96 points on them...

                              Get. Fucked

                              I'm watching France v Italy

The italian try has just been rubbed out by the TMO because someone got cleaned out in the chest, a fact all 4 officials agreed. The cleaned player dived forward in to the contact.

But what really fucks me off is an at least 4 breakdowns in the passage of play all 4 officials allowed French players to pile in the side, collapse rucks and upset ball with no sanction. But hitting someone in the chest gets you rewarded.

                              Fuck off

And no no one looks at the first Irish try which is the very definition of obstruction. The Irish player runs behind a lead runner. Said.lead runner bowls over the Scottish hooker, and the Irish runner runs through the hole that creates. Absolutely no review. At all.

Because I think that there is an unconscious bias in refereeing

If the fancied team does something good, it's because they are so good at rugby

If the unfancied team did something good, it's because they did something nefarious

I see too many examples of it happening to not be at least a little true

And I say that as a supporter of a team who gets those calls often

If the fancied team does something good, it's because they are so good at rugby

If the unfancied team did something good, it's because they did something nefarious

I see too many examples of it happening to not be at least a little true

And I say that as a supporter of a team who gets those calls often

I’d say it’s pretty indisputable right now

And no no one looks at the first Irish try which is the very definition of obstruction. The Irish player runs behind a lead runner. Said.lead runner bowls over the Scottish hooker, and the Irish runner runs through the hole that creates. Absolutely no review. At all.

                                        What even is this sport?

@mariner4life the 2 Irish itv pundits BOD and Best both couldn’t believe it wasn’t looked at.

When the TMO outright lied on the touch call, incompetence went out the window & there was genuine reason to believe in a fix.
