Jordan at fullback.
Richie at 10, Will at fullback is certainly worth a crack.

I know it's hard to accept as he's had massive success for your mighty Crusaders in a competition that is equivalent to the Scottish Soccer Premiership in terms of quality, but he's had about 35 tests now and has not succeeded. Time to move on (which they obviously won't).

Perhaps initially Ryan will just be given the scrum remit - or Ryan will take over a lot of what Plumtree is doing.
Incidentally I imagine Schmidt will take over a lot of the defence from McLeod

Perhaps the worst is his record against Ireland, where he's played 6 and lost 4.
Interestingly though, he came off the bench in five of those games and the most convincing victory was the only one he started - the RWC QF that we won.
I'm not sure he's that good coming off the bench.
