KW, sensational. He could genuinely stand alone as our best ever player by his careers end.
Just went past M Waugh, Sobers and Boycott in terms of runs scored in his career. Three pretty handy names.
Then again, Paddles was the highest wicket taker in test cricket and was a better batsman than KW is a bowler…….is that enough to keep him at number one ?
In any case it’s a long way down to M Crowe for third.
