I have always said that I want to be in England when the win the football World Cup as it would be an amazing 3 day party.

If Ireland win the RWC, then it would easily surpass the England party by some distance

OK, time to put the phone down and enjoy(shit) the build up. May the best team on the night win, no cards to spoil the game and Barnes lets the game flow. Too tight to call for me. Feel strangely calm compared to previous world cups ,

Maybe the expectation is less than normal ,

although I’m only a fan, the underdog thing certainly feels like a release on the pressure valve in comparison to being red hot favourites.
