elite level distance runners are actually freaks.

Reading this, I just realized that I’m now a jogger.

Once upon a time I reckon I could have done 2kms at that pace, but now I’d just wave you on by and continue on to the donut shop.

We've not been at the Olympics for this for 12 years, USA have silver, bronze, gold in that time period. It's not rugby in any shape or form, they just needed a more PC name than murder ball and football would'nt have gone down well. Oh and these guys are a million times tougher than soccer wimps

Anyone see the doco on Dame Valerie Adams' sister? She has Cerebral Palsy and has become a shotputter late in life under the stewardship of her reasonably talented sister.

It's a great watch. Massive family. I didn't realise that were that big
