6/10 for me this year. Best win of the season against SA. Worst defeat against. Ardie best player. Forwards good too great, backs average 2nd year in a row a backs coach has been replaced

Careful, that's hate speech on here these days.

Roigard (even in limited game time), Jordie or Holland for me.

Most of the rest were trash.

Too quick to jump off the deep end bro. Taylor was excellent.

Very mediocre season by the ABs to continue our slide into averageness. Some good individual efforts… CC, Codie, Holland, Roigard… Quin and LF (latterly), and who knows if Love would have been any good if he had chances earlier?

But the coaching set up is clearly out of their depth. There’s areas of our game that have looked great in spurts, but overall lack of vision, cohesion and a clear, effective game plan. The players look as confused and discombobulated as we feel as fans. I had hoped for more in season 2, but decidedly underwhelmed.

Let’s hope NZ Rugby has some balls and will walk back from their (in hindsight) bad call.

The coaching set up needs some major surgery. NZR has to lay down the law and ring the changes. Razor either stays on board and plays the good team mate with the new team with someone else resetting selection and game plan or he leaves. I don't really care at this point

I don't get the Christie hate we get on here, I think he is ok.

That alone disqualifies you from commenting Dan. He's garbage for all the reasons I've been laying out for years.

And that is a damning indictment on the coaches when Ratima is preferred over him. Just once I'd like to see a journalist ask why Fakatava is below them in the picking order.

ALB? Christie? Reece? Clearly their definition of impact is different from mine....

Can see why we continue to struggle if that seagull is our best player.

Ardie Seagull it is then. At least he has the potential to swoop in at the last minute and steal all the chips.

Negatives (these are going to be longer):

We weren't convincing once. Our best performance all year was Perth and was a 7/10.
We've started an aging and poor First Five for most of the year.

Ah Perth, where our midfield suddenly looked good for a week. Fuck knows what was different about that game eh.

It is auite frustrating we haven't developed an understanding of using the bench as a means to lift tempo. Instead generally taking an old fashioned next man up. What if someone gets injured apporach.

It is nuts that we are picking guys like Reece, ALB, Christie etc as bench players. They are starters and starters only.

I'm really keen to see Super teams and the ABs take an approach to benches that it is about finiding a best fit to make a 30 minute difference.

Fakatava around the rucks, quick powerful loosies, potentially shorter locks who can act as a fourth loosie, nippy and explosive outside backs.

@Jet Jordan had great season individually and Roigards our most influential player but as a collective the backs never really functioned & the forwards were good as a unit but Ardie was the standout individual forward

The word we are missing is "cohesion"

    Over to you Mr Kirk.

Do what needs to be done, or are you a waste of a salary too?

What do you expect Kirk to do?

Hopefully he's not as emotional as all the menopausal women on here.

Mark Robinson standing behind a wheelie bin as he presents the WR breakthrough trophy to Fabian Holland seems like an apt metaphor for his time as CEO.
