Cane's no nonsense attitude, exceptional workrate and high ratio of dominant tackles make him the first name on the AB team sheet IMHO.

Cane did play well, to be fair. But so may have Savea. And Cane REALLY needed to put in a performance as I'm sure he'll realise he's not everyone's choice.

It's one game. A game in which a high performance rating on Stuff was 7 and he got a 7.
Before all the Cane supporters finish their self-congratulatory game of soggy weetbix, just think about the context of a single game and also that Savea doesn't get the right of reply at openside (and also earned 7).
