On holiday I cooked a spatchcocked chicken marinated overnight in chimichurri on a weber Q. Tasted amazing, will definitely get one over coals at home

Glut of sweetcorn around at the moment. Perfect for the bbq or for making your own creamed corn to go with whatever meat you have cooked. Trick is to grate the corn off the cob and get all the milky juices.
