    Glut of sweetcorn around at the moment. Perfect for the bbq or for making your own creamed corn to go with whatever meat you have cooked. Trick is to grate the corn off the cob and get all the milky juices.

    @Crucial corn on the bbq is great. I husk them and baste with butter salt and pepper

    On a restaurant menu: Chicken Caesar Salad. The classic caesar salad with the tasty addition of grilled chicken. Available without chicken.
