Meant to say earlier - that Jed Melvin looks promising.

He's very promising, although in this game I thought he faded a little bit. He'd be worth getting into a SR squad now and see how much he improves with pro training

I like the physicality, a similar style to Cane/Papali'i etc

It was a cool atmosphere too.

$9 a can opened up the ole wallet a bit but who cares in that situation. Was a very fun evening.

Book ended the game with beers at the Eastside which I haven't been to in a very long time.

Friggen brilliant! Didn't expect that at all!
As a side note, why is Ennor on tour with the ABs and a certain Ta$man centre is not?

I agree, I reckon the magpies would have won if he was up there.

Just saw this photo on Facebook. Hugh Renton getting a bit of banter from his former team mates haha.

@yeetyaah I don't think you can describe Hames as a commentator of Ta$man games, more a cheerleader

Not perfect but all we ever want is performance with some heart and skill. Wins will come but so much better.

Tactically fucked after half time. Pathetic passes and poor kicking options, together with Rayasis brain facts.

He's lucky he has athleticism because he has no skill.

He doesn't seem to be a natural footballer.

I said earlier that Foster should pick him as a project, but I'm going to recant on that.

I agree, although I also I think that shows the big difference between being an attacking winger who is serviceable under the high ball, and an outright fullback. He may be the first but he certainly isn’t the second.

He's always been pretty iffy at fullback. Can probably get away with being there against weaker teams, but not against a team like Ta$man.

He has relatively good hands when the ball is coming from above his head, which makes sense given his b-ball history, but yeah Ta$man made him work pretty hard today.

My biggest gripe is that he looks so casual that I cant tell whether that is just what he looks like or that he’s a bit lazy/not really 100% there.

Hopefully the UK won't let him in. Don't want him to be on tour with the ABs.

UK will, he doesn't have a criminal record does he?

Congrats Ta$man and @Chris-B . Probably would've won by more if Christie's service wasn't so slow.

He probably had his worst game for the season in the final.

All in all Ta$man looked well coached, Wellington did not.

This may be an area look at after the season finishes. New head coach and all. The team should be doing better with the players they have
