Yep you can lock in Scott Hansen and Jason Ryan.
Hansen is an attack / game strategy guy now, correct? Will he go back to defence or stay there?
So, we need a defence coach and maybe a specific backs / attack coach?
I'd like a skills coach similar to Mic the kick again.
Hansen I think will stay with attack/Game strategy.
Razor may take over the defence he started out with Canterbury as a defence coach that was his specialty.
Looks to me like a backs coach and depending on Razor a defence coach.

Yeah I think it would be a possibility,Razor will think outside the box we may see a NH person attached to the group.
I would throw out the names of Vern Cotter,Ronan O’Gara,Andy Goodman as all a chance -
If he wants to think outside the box for a defence coach look to a former RL player. Someone like Ruben Wiki.

I doubt Ryan would be so short-sighted but if true that would be a shame, the forwards noticeably improved when he joined the AB coaches.

Not sure about were that went,Rumour says they are all good now.

I'd prefer not to lose him now that he is finally selecting some players in the right place (e.g., Dmac 10, Stevenson 15) but McMillan could be a smokey to be involved, in which case it could be potentially three jobs.

@Kiwiwomble One thing is for sure there is going to be a real vacum left in the Super Franchises with coaches leaving for the All Black spot. With the possible signing of Brad Shields, it would be good to have a slight reversal of our player exodus.

McMillan might be better off sticking with the Chiefs as a head coach.

A good problem to have, finally having super rugby coach's step up to the AB level instead of just heading overseas.
The "must have international experience" line always bugged me as it basically guaranteed that our best and brightest rugby coaching talent "had to" go overseas and we'd just hope they'd come back at some stage.
Exporting all your best talent out to the opposition doesn't seem like the smartest development pathway for an organization to take...

@Machpants you'd like to think that they have some KPI checks set in the contract (cos you think there would be lessons learnt from the last 4 years...)
An interview with Robinson on TV the other morning they were asking about KPIs (was a silly question as they were asking specific KPIs about winning) and he refused to discuss the KPIs in his contract.

@Machpants Considering they didn't have the balls to sack Foster Razor's record with the AB's would have to be so horrendously poor for him to get the boot it wouldn't be worth comprehending.
