Just putrid behaviour. And almost certainly people making the threats know full well that regardless of the fact they are almost certainly empty, the words create that small element of doubt that they may not be... Hoping that the real reason for his retirement is simply that he reffed a rwc final. Easy for me to say as a South African after Saturday but thanks Wayne for all of the effort in a cauldron of an environment where mistakes aren’t easily forgotten. I think the bruises will take a bit longer than a couple days and truthfully Cane never deserved red. Feel really bad for him. But thanks for the great final. Nobody had anything left. @Bones quite a lot wrong with the game. Things like this seem quite low level in comparison. Obviously hoping for a Bok win tonight but I’m nervous. I loved him as a player and now as the coach I can honestly say I like him more than I worry about him. Smart human being. Outside of rugby I think he looks like a lot of fun too. Genuinely likeable . Hoping to see you guys in the final

@Bones use that a bit at free State then down at the stormers and then nothing for awhile again. Not sure where the plan started or even how well it works. He seems to be using it sporadically Pretty sure it’s not every single decision that requires a light. But I guess his ass is on the line as coach as well so if he really feels they need to do something then you get... The light...

He has been using lights for probably 10 years now. When you have a specific instruction as coach for example that he definitely wants you to kick for posts, and it’s one colour. If he definitely want you to scrum another. Quick and easy.

Kolbe is just a magician. DDA and Kriel also great game. what a weekend of rugby.

Watching the first half of Romania versus Scotland it struck me… The difference between semiprofessional players and full time. It’s hard enough to get the timing right and heights right for tackles for full time pro players. Honestly I can’t believe that it ever going to be intentional. It just looks too fast and too precise. And slow motion is never going to be speed that happens nor the speed that judged at… I just feel bad for Romania because the guys have had a couple of incidents that I don’t think was ever even close to malicious. I’m not saying that they are inept by any stretch. It’s just the difference between full-time players and guys who aren’t playing nearly as much per year….

We don’t see enough of that actually in my book. Couple minutes before the end Scotland being marched back 10 for backchat. But honestly some of the other calls on this match were demoralising….

Congratulations to Ireland. Not the worlds number one team for nothing. They really kept us out. Missed kicks don’t tell the story. Two of those were long range we should have gone for touch imo. Just to get down into the 22. Absolutely brutal collisions all match. Looked like an amazing match to be at and I thought reffing was good. Obviously I don’t agree with every call made But I really thought he was in control of the match. Going to be a lot of sore bodies today on both teams.
