    Just keep the politics to the US politics containment thread. We don’t need that shit taking over the forum. Domestic terrorism comments, political opinions etc

    Some things just never need to be said. His last effort at commenting saw him unable to mildly swerve around an upright obstacle while driving.

    Fuck off Palmy Boy

    Someone from Palmy having a go at Hamilton.

    Pretty early in the year for a comedian fern award, especially while we wait for @virgil to sort last years but this has my vote !!!

    You know the drill resign and get a pay out rather than the company firing you (and then facing an unfair dismissal tribunal) or be made redundant (company loses the ability to replace the job role).

    Some good stuff coming out and with the changing weather, it will only get better.

    As Mike says, the pricing is currently an issue.

    Here in Japan, we can get a bit of it but it's not cheap enough to be volume (much of the Prosecco market) and is in the mid-premium price range with a huge range of fantastic substitutes (not just champagne and cheap Franciacorta, we also get some very nice Cremants and the better Proseccos).

    I have done it on and off for 20 odd years, Dave Loveridge is my most famous relation, a distant cousin. Provincial battler Chris Eaton is my 2nd cousin. I think Arnold Palmer is the golfer that my Grandfather said we are related too ,I'm still trying to find the link.

    @antipodean

    I have a Rega Planar 2 which is excellent. First brought to market in the early 70s and still being made. Low tech so super robust but with really good mechanics. The sound quality is very good Caveat: depending on your amp and speakers of course.

    Cost in the UK is about £350 (bought one for Ms Cato’s birthday just over a year ago). There is a Planar 3 available but that is a bit more techy and close to twice the price.

    Stylish to look at too. V understated.

    And I only do that if I’m standing on the edge of a cliff. So I’m straight.

    Is that why you are always standing in front of Cliff?

    Well I'll be buggered. Wait. What?

    You'd push back for Cliff.
    And be buggered.
