Would have been interesting to see where Reiko would have wound up this year trywise if he had played the Argentina match and been benched for the Perth debacle. Bridge ran in 7 tries in his spot, and in a supposedly poor year for Reiko he still managed 9 tries for the poor performing Blues.

He would have been sitting pretty for a tilt at the record in the next couple of years but instead it seems like his wing days are already over.

Perhaps we would’ve just seen more running into contact, and space not being used....

Shit, shields went up pretty quickly for the holiday period. 😉

And the 2019 fluffing goes the distance😎

I think with Womens Rugby becoming more prominent now than what it was say 10 years ago we will more than likely see more women get involved on the administration side of things up to Board level and I am sure this will be a good thing if they have the right rugby credentials. We want people who have lived and breathed rugby all of their lives and have a bit of nous upstairs to be running the sport

    How did Kendra Cocksedge go?

Actually I don't care I just wanted to write Cocksedge.

I just about spat beer all over the pub reading that.

    Sounds . . . lonely.

Yeah I thought that too. Kind of like a boast about being at the pub which comes off as completely sad because they're sitting there looking at TSF

Yeah you got me. No one ever looks at their phones in the pub aye boys ?

You sad bastard. Don't you know there are rules for where and when you can access TSF. It's also boastful to tell people you're at the pub you arrogant cnut.

    Haterz are always gonna hate

Is that before or after the PEDs?

Didn't he get banned from WSM?

If he did that's some achievement. Those guys must be drugged to the eyeballs.

@Duluth reckon it takes even more discipline when training at home - those tricks around staying stimulated are really good.

I'm learning Olympic lifting, which is a whole new range of skills and asking my body to X, Y and Z. Nothing like a challenge to keep you focused!! Would definitely suggest writing down what you do (this forum is perfect!) as that lets you reflect longer-term over goals and stuff.

@MiketheSnow PPV numbers have been on the slide for a year. There has been a necessity to bring outside influences/old glories( CM Punk, Lesnar, GSP etc) to the octagon because the organic draw cards like Rousey and Jones have failed to keep the momentum going. Mighty mouse is a great champion but only true mma fans a. respect what he has done and b.even know who the hell he is. And there are bunch of people with belts that the passerby will not have a clue who they are.

When McGregor and Rousey last fought they topped 1m PPV buys. When any other fight headlined - except UFC 200 which was stacked and had Brock Lesnar vs Mark Hunt on the undercard - every other PPV since 200 has struggled to sell more than 500k in PPV. UFC is huge, no doubt, but they are awfully dependent on McGregor right now.

Any suggestions for Singapore? Only there for the first week of the tour, and the Wed game will have to be a sneaky tablet at the office, but any ideas for somewhere to sit all day Saturday watching rugby - welcome. Any bars at the airport likely candidates?

Speaking to this, isn't he re-signed all the way through 2019?
14 AB test / year = 42 tests he might play in, 2/3 of that is 28, at his current rate he scores 21-24 tries, by the RWC Final, he may have scored 66-70 tries in 77-80 tests.
Is 69 by Ohata the record? there's plenty to say he could get there. If he's learnt his lessons this year, stays professional, its not too unrealistic to think it could happen. lets start a hashtag #saveascores70

I presume you have a suitcase or bag. Fill it up with heavy stuff and use it for rows and curls.

@Crucial None of the Akld fans I knew at that time were pushing for Carter - but then again I didn't know John Hart then.

Just an observation, this thread title was horribly misleading.

    CHeers guys,
Think I'll definately add those knee-lifts to my ab routine. I had a look at sports nutritionists on the web and turns out there is one about 5 min walk from my house! Hopefully they're open this weekend..between all the rugby and football thats on.
