The brisket? On the WSM, prolly over about 12-14 hours. We will have our neighbour as we have broken the bubble with them when we had to save one of our bulls. We will repay their help with a brisket.

Stink. I may have seen them on Facebook once you got back? If you are an iPhone use, log on to the fern and when you upload the pic, if gives you the option to use a small size (I only learnt this yesterday)

Roast chicken and roast potatoes tonight
About to go in the oven. Added olive oil into the hot pot and shook them around for a nice fluffy outer.
And the finished product. The CF juniors like them a little smaller, nice because you get more crunchy surface area
